End User License Agreement and Messaging Terms
Effective Date: October 4, 2026
This End User License Agreement and Messaging Terms (“Agreement”) governs the use of the XPACK Command Center application and related business communications provided by XPACK Automation (“XPACK,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
1. Authorized Use
The XPACK Command Center is intended for authorized internal business use by XPACK Automation and its approved users.
You may use the application only for legitimate business purposes and only within the permissions granted to you.
2. QuickBooks Online Integration
The application may connect to QuickBooks Online and other authorized business systems.
By connecting an account, you authorize the application to access permitted business and accounting information necessary to provide dashboards, reporting, analysis, customer management, service management, and related operational functions.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
• Restricting access to authorized individuals
• Using the application in compliance with applicable laws and company policies
• Verifying important business, financial, accounting, and operational information before relying on it
4. Data Accuracy
The XPACK Command Center may display information obtained from QuickBooks Online and other connected systems.
While reasonable efforts are made to present information accurately, users are responsible for verifying financial, accounting, operational, customer, and business information before relying on it for important decisions.
5. Restrictions
Users may not:
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application
• Interfere with the operation of the application or connected systems
• Misuse connected systems or data
• Reverse engineer protected components
• Use the application for unlawful purposes
• Circumvent security, authentication, or access controls
6. Ownership
The XPACK Command Center, including its software, workflows, design, business logic, automation processes, and related materials, remains the property of XPACK Automation unless otherwise stated.
7. Third-Party Services
The application may rely on third-party services, including QuickBooks Online, Wix, RingCentral, CRM systems, communications platforms, cloud services, and other technology providers.
Use of those services may also be subject to their own terms, policies, availability, security requirements, and service limitations.
8. Availability and Changes
XPACK Automation may modify, suspend, update, or discontinue features of the application as reasonably necessary for operations, security, maintenance, compliance, or business requirements.
9. Disclaimer
The XPACK Command Center is an internal operational, reporting, and business-management tool.
It does not provide legal, tax, investment, financial-planning, accounting, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
10. Termination of Access
XPACK Automation may revoke or restrict access to the application at any time when necessary for security, compliance, employment, operational, or business reasons.
11. SMS Messaging Terms
XPACK Automation may communicate with customers, vendors, and business contacts through SMS text messaging for conversational and informational business purposes.

• Equipment service coordination
• Service visit scheduling
• Order confirmations
• Delivery and shipment updates
• Parts availability
• Equipment status updates
• Appointment coordination
• Customer support
• Vendor or logistics coordination
• Account-related follow-up
12. SMS Consent
By providing a mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages from XPACK Automation, you consent to receive conversational and informational SMS messages related to XPACK business operations and services.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
13. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on customer activity, service needs, orders, deliveries, appointments, support requests, or other business communications.
14. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and mobile service plan.
XPACK Automation is not responsible for carrier charges related to SMS messaging.
15. Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying:
STOP
After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed.

17. Privacy and SMS Data
SMS consent and mobile phone information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be shared with service providers only when reasonably necessary to operate communications systems, provide requested business services, comply with applicable law, or protect XPACK Automation’s legal rights.

18. SMS Delivery
Delivery of SMS messages is subject to wireless carrier availability, network conditions, device compatibility, and other factors outside XPACK Automation’s control.
XPACK Automation does not guarantee that every SMS message will be delivered or received.
19. Changes to Messaging Terms
XPACK Automation may update these SMS Messaging Terms from time to time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
20. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the applicable laws of Puerto Rico and the United States, as applicable.
